- Charter Flights to Pakuba Airstrip: The closest airstrip to Paraa Safari Lodge is Pakuba Airstrip, which is located about a 20-minute drive from the lodge. Regular charter flights from Entebbe International Airport or Kajjansi Airstrip near Kampala land here. The flight takes about 1 hour from Entebbe, offering you stunning aerial views of Uganda’s diverse landscapes. Once you land at Pakuba Airstrip, the lodge will arrange a vehicle to transfer you to Paraa Safari Lodge.

Once you reach Masindi, you’ll drive another 1-1.5 hours to the Kichumbanyobo Gate of Murchison Falls National Park. After entering the park, you will drive through the park’s stunning landscapes for about 30 minutes before reaching Paraa Safari Lodge. The roads within the park are generally in good condition, but be prepared for some occasional rough patches.
- From Entebbe to Paraa Safari Lodge: If you’re traveling from Entebbe, the road trip will take around 5-6 hours as well. The route follows the same general direction via Kampala before heading towards Masindi and the Kichumbanyobo Gate.
